2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of use

a) When visiting the website: When you access our website, information is automatically collected by the server (server log files), incl. IP address, date/time, requested file, browser/OS, referrer URL. This data is technically necessary to provide the website and to ensure system security (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

b) Contact form and e-mail: If you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, we store the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, message) for processing (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR).

c) Newsletter: When you sign up, we use your e-mail address for regular information (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the e-mail.

3. Disclosure of data

Data is only disclosed if you have expressly consented (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), if it is necessary for contract performance (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR), if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR) or to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and there is no overriding legitimate interest to the contrary.

Embedding is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by disabling external media again.

Note: We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com. Data is only transferred once you press play or opt-in.

5. Cache

CSS files and images may be cached locally to optimize loading times. No personal data is stored in the process. You can disable or delete storage via your browser settings.
